Audio Mishap?

I used to watch this as a kid from a vhs tape. I recorded it off tv once. There seemed to be audio trouble in one scene and I thought it was just a small error however it's in the dvd copy to. It's in the bar scene when Fitz just got busted for hustling. Someone says "Wanda where have you been? I'm in fearce need of libation"

This makes no sense and is really out of place and the voice is really weird. Anyone think it was done on purpose or something went wrong during production

I'VE ALWAYS WONDERED THIS MYSELF. It always bothered me, and the only way I could really let it go was just to conclude that it was Oliver Platt who says it. That's the ONLY way it could make any sense. I mean, he had just laid out the bet and showing anyone else saying that is out of place.

Fitz says it to the waitress (evidently named "Wanda"), who is shown bringing him a pitcher...
