Does anyone know if Carver, the guy who gives assignments to Hull, was the model for Mike Toreno in San Andreas, cuz the guy acts and looks (kinda) the same way...

LOl I'm glad I'm not the only one to notice this (seeing that I finally got to see this flick again this morning). I got a combination of vibes off of both Carver, and Goldblum's character in a weird way. Almost like Toreno was given Carver's personality, policy, and fore, with a spin of David's behavior and style of situational handeling, and bonding. But of course Deep Cover shows a damn large influence alone in the game's world.

If that were the case, then it was a pretty sh!tty likeness.
Not like the way they made the lawyer, Ken Rosenberg from Vice City look exactly like the lawyer, David Kleinfeld from Carlito's Way.
Now that was a great likeness!
