Deep Cover Quote in Song

I recently saw Deep Cover for the first time, and I recognized a line of dialogue in it. "You shouldn't have done that." "But I did, so get in the f van!"

I've heard this sampled in a song somewhere. I don't remember who or what it was, or even what kind of music, but I know I've heard it. Can someone please tell me what song I heard.

De La Soul sampled it.

"you shouldn't have done that, David"

one of the dudes in group, Dove... is named Dave.

I think the song was on one of their ART OFFICIAL intelligence albums....

Nah, It was De la Soul but it was on their Buhloon Mindstate album. The song was about musical crossovers.
