A couple of questions...

1) Was Mina really the reincarnation of Elizabeta?
2) Why was the curse on Dracula lifted at the end? (When the light came into the Chapel and repaired the cross and turned Dracula back into human form?)
3) What was the significance of Mina decapitating Dracula? I know it has something to do with Vampire Folklore.
4) Was Mina no longer a Vampire after she drove the knife through Dracula's heart or was it earlier when the light came through the chapel?
5) Why would Dracula get to go to Heaven? (I am guessing that's what the final scene was telling us?) I mean he murdered and tortured innocent people, not to mention feeding a baby to his brides. Why would Elizabeta get to go to Heaven after she was damned for committing suicide? Once again I am assuming that the final shot of the movie was telling us that Vlad and Elizabeta were reunited in heaven.
6) Why did Mina not call the police on Dracula when he first tried to bite her? I mean obviously she didn't know what he was trying to do but from her perspective he tried to rape her.

1) I guess yes.

2) That´s a plot hole, due to the adding of a love story.

3) As you said, it has to do with the folklore. Van Helsin decapitated Lucy, Mina decapitated Dracula.

4) Yes.

5) Another weak point of the story.

6) I guess because he has some kind of magic over her. She is frightened, but also fascinated in a strange way to that man. As she said "I know you ...".

1.Yes I think so how else was she able to describe his homeland so perfectly and she had memories of him.
2.That was GOD at work.Dracula was dying and he had Mina by his side in his homeland where they were first parted.He was no longer angry with GOD.
3.You have to separate their head from head from the body its a way of speeding up the soul leaving the body. some beliefs states the soul can linger in a corpse.
4.when the mark on her forehead disappeared with the aid of holy light thats when Mina was no longer a vampire.
5.all those things he had done after he renounced probably evened out when you consider why he done it and what he had been doing for GOD before hand.Besides if you repent you get to go to heaven I guess.I dont think she was really damned as in barred permanently from heaven or hell bound I just think her punishment was to live again.
6.there was alot of things going on in the background, he had some sort of vampire magnetism and her soul remembers him.
