A sequel with Van Helsing traveling to China to fight vampires there was rumored for a while when the movie came out, but never came to be.
The crappy "Van Helsing" that came out in 2004 is about as close to a sequel as you'll get.

I would've loved to see him do Robert Louis Stevenson's Jekyll & Hyde.
shareI would've loved to see him do an actually faithful version of "Dracula," which has never been done. They always have to throw in the cheap reincarnated-love angle, which has been a cliche since the 60s.

This book mentions that the Bram Stoker's Dracula sequel with Hopkins was to be titled "Van Helsing's Chronicles".
I found a Variety article regarding that sequel which eventually became the 2004 film starring Hugh Jackman.

mccornet, I'm with you! I'd love to see a film made that's accurate to Bram Stoker's novel. It's one of the best and scariest novels which I've ever read (over and over!) and it would be good to have someone do justice to it.
