Weird ... on Amazon it lists S1 E1 as being from 2019?

IMDB lists the data as 23 Sep. 1992.

Yes, TV shows and movies get old. In fact most TV shows and movies are old. Most of the people in the movie from the dawn of time are dead.

Why do they do this? Please, tell me the real date when TV and movies come out and books are published.

But, not only that, but all the aerial shots of NYC are missing the WTC and have instead the new WTC building. Does that seem weird?

Just read they did a revival in late 2019. Who knew?! Maybe Amazon got this confused and saw it as a new season of a new show? It is actually season 8.

What I hate is when you go to IMDB they list the show as running from 1992-2019. No it didn't, the show ended in 1999 and came back in 2019. It is misleading they do it with all the shows as I assume it is easier than breaking it up eg 1992-1999, 2019 etc

I imagine their database only has permanently defined fields that they try to make the best of.
