The PA episode, he seems familiar but I can't figure out where I saw him before. Maybe it's because he sounds exactly like Tom Sizemore and has a slight resemblance to him

Colin Quinn played Arthur’s son. He was on Saturday Night Live in the 90’s, and had a show on Comedy Central called Tough Crowd
