Is it ever revealed what Artie's lady name is?
shareNope. The most we get is his full first name, Arthur.
Since a great deal of his personal and professional backstory is revealed to us, Shandling must have made an early decision to keep him to a single moniker.
Simply having him as Artie conjures up a strong image. It just fits.
