How did Batgirl find out Batman was Bruce Wayne?

Season 3 ends and Batgirl has no idea who Batman and Robin are and vice versa.

Then season 4 starts and suddenly they all know about each other. 

What did I miss? Was there a movie or something in between that tied this together? 

Batman tells her who him and Robin are and invites her into the group. Robin doesn't take it too kindly that he invited her in without consulting him and leaves the team, then later returns as Nightwing.

"Our cows make a decent living wage, so please, no tipping."
