Opening theme + Robin

This was one of my favorite shows growing up so I thought I'd start the series over from the beginning. I noticed that the iconic intro is only included in some episodes (others have the batman and robin or batman and superman adventures intro). Other people have had the same issue with the series but I just wonder why it was done this way.

Also, in episode 23 of the first season, I believe, robin is just thrown into the story to fight scarecrow. Even though I'm aware of his origins, I wonder why they added a character like robin so nonchalantly. It felt like I was missing a chunk of the story. But maybe I'm just too picky.

All that aside, I still find that this is the greatest animated adaptation of a comic book I've ever seen.

Fear of Victory actually starts out with Dick and one of his buddies in college, and they both end up getting up exposed to Scarecrow's fear inducing, so while people can complain that Robin's appearance in that episode feels forced, the writer still tried to find a plot reason for including him.

Also are you watching on Amazon instant video? They tend to play different intros, once you get to the second volume, you should be okay, since they only play the original intro.

I wasn't waiting, I was just sitting and breathing. Got a problem with that?
