Great list. They're all great choices. I'd add I am the Night to those episodes. Very great episode. Dark, atmospheric very adult in its story telling.

I like The Death of Batman, for sure. Joker's eulogy was so funny!! I also like the ones with Ra's Al ghul, mutual respect between the 2(and I'm a Bruce/talia shipper,lol).
