Is that a tatoo near Susan Sarandon's butt ?!?!?

After the first s*x scene, when Max is getting ready to leave Nora's place in the morning, she's lying on the sofa bed with her top and part of her butt exposed and I could swear there's some kind of marking - a tatoo - near SS's butt!! ???

Looked like a tattoo to me though I don't know if it was actually Susan's or just there for her character.
