the beginning bar scene

one of the coolest scene in the history of movies, when he steps out of the bar with ''bad to the bone'' song , just waouh !!

My parents who are 75 also said that is absolutely one of the best scene they ever saw.

reply

I need you clothes, your boots, and your motorcycle

reply

Take it!

reply

I was 11 when this movie came out. The theater went nuts when he walked out of the bar and the music kicked in.

reply

Wasn´t it R-rated?

reply

Yeah, my parents took me. Once each, actually. I was supposed to see it with my Dad because we both love action movies, but my parents were divorced and I couldn't wait, so my Mom took me. I saw it again when I was due to go to my Dad's the next weekend.

reply

The studio was not too bright making this a rated R movie, considering how many teens would enjoy the film

reply

Yes, a pg 13 terminator sounds like a fabulous idea.

You should be the head of a studio.

reply

Milsey is the reason studios do exactly that largely. And sacrifice the directors artistic vision for a more tame one that means a profit isn't enough. we need to maximize that profit even more and get a 20% ticket sales increase by making it pg-13 or better yet pg!!

reply

why dont the studios do both?

frelease an 18 cert version and a pg13 cert edit?

reply

I agree.... im not sure.... they used to release "unrated" versions all the time in the 2000s remember that?

reply

The original movie was 18 rating

T2 was as well but with a few cuts it became 15 the same with first film.

The US rating system is good and bad I liked you can go to r rated movie if with an adult this is not allowed in UK they only started allowing younger people to go to movies with the pg-12 rating.

reply

In Alberta, it was originally rated 14A. I went and saw it a few times with just friends, and we weren't 18.

reply

I thought it was better in the 3rd movie when he goes into the strip club. When the stripper told him to talk to the hand, that was the best. Far superior scene overall in that movie

reply

What?! That scene was so cheesy.

reply

Its probably my favorite scene in any Terminator movie. To each your own I guess

reply

Interesting. I really hated T3 though so probably am somewhat biased against its "good parts".

reply

Yea I understand. Geneysis was the best Terminator movie followed by Dark Fate anyways

reply

OMFG, you are SERIOUSLY TROLLING!!

reply

This millsey guys has got to be trolling… Right?!.. Seriously every post I’ve seen of his it’s always the absolute worst take imaginable.

reply

I think he just pretends to think differently to most people just to get a rise out of them.

reply

He also said House of Dracula was the best Frankenstein movie.

reply

No, I said its the best Dracula film

No you clearly say here that House of Dracula is the best in the Frankenstein movies.

reply

My bad. I have posted so much nonsense, sometimes I get confused myself

reply

“My bad. I have posted so much nonsense, sometimes I get confused myself”

Ha, I respect you for saying this, millsey.

reply

I guess we just have different tastes

reply

Okay, you're trolling. Had a feeling earlier but now I am sure.

reply

Enjoyable, yes, but cheesy wink-wink-to-the-audience bullshit. It's also out of step with the haunting tone of the first film, which is one of many reasons why T1 is superior. Most of all, though, Michael Biehn vs. the whiney Cali skateboarder brat Edward Furlong.
