Does anyone else find it just a little peculiar that the dude who was responsible for the first judgement day, has the same name of the company that was founded when this movie came out? theyre basically the Tesla of home and commercial appliances and gizmos. Some of the products look like they could murder me right now.

The company is likely named after Freeman Dyson.
