T2 on iTunes missing a scene...

I have an old DVD of this movie but I also recently bought it on iTunes. I was surprised that there was a difference. After they break Sarah Connor out of the mental facility they cut the scene where they turn on his learning abilities and she tries to destroy his CPU. Why would they do this?? It's not THAT important of a scene but it's still a good scene.

most likely there's a few more scenes missing then.

That scene is only in the special edition. It wasn't in the theatrical cut and most likely the iTines version is the regular theatrical one.

that scene is from the extended cut. iTunes has the original thritical cut
