"You should have trusted me."
I never understood this line from Kirk. He tells Spock they had done their bit for King and Country, and then that. I understand he blames Klingons for his son's death, but trusted him how?
shareTrusted him - Kirk - to make the decision for the crew, instead of Spock usurping that role and making the decision himself.
Not that Kirk would have made the SAME decision, but mostly that it should have been HIS decision to make, not Spock.
