chanting before meter stick break? and lawson calling car an old clunker
i know its probably a stupid question, but i can't make out what they are all chanting, also, when lawson says ' i bet vinnie here a whole nickel that your old clunker wouldnt burn rubber jimmy' that to me seems strange, because they did in 1963, that type of VW van wasnt really made until 68 69 and was more popular in the 70s so how could lawson who died before these vans were made say jimmys van was old? he has the mind set of 1963 and he reminds jimmy later on 'dont tell us u dont remember what tonights anniversary is' and its been 27 years...... i dont know, if you even think of that, to lawson jimmys van should be a brand new van... he cant label it old if he never saw one in his 'real lifetime' before hes killed in 63. so that to me is a major slip up. throughout the movie there telling us that there back to finish unfinished business from that day in 1963 and a 'whole nickel' and '12 cents' is still alot of money to them. yet to have lawson label jimmys van an old clunker is like trying to twist the story to make it seem like they are modernized 27 years later....but there not (from what we see watching the movie) anybody know what im saying?? basically he died in 63 never saw production of that van. 27 years later (although they are in 1963 mode) lawson calls jimmys car and old clunker.
anyone ever think of that?
