I noticed two necklaces. The firs one was flat and trapezoid-shaped. The second was silver and three-dimensional with breasts and a belly. The VdW is the second one? Any significance?

I wouldn't know, I haven't read the book but I thought it was a nice touch, I'm surprised people don't talk about it, it's not even on the imdb trivia.
