When did Clareece call the island anthrax island...as I recall she said jt was named Plum Island. Did i miss something ??

The context was something like 'Anthrax island, that was your idea? That was good.' I believe Lecter is complimenting Clarice for her successful ruse, specifically the clever detail of choosing a shítty disease research island - which makes her 'offer' seem more credible. If she offered an obvious paradise then Lecter would have become suspicious.
