If Robin of Locksley lived in modern times, what exactly would be his MO?

Would he for example, physically steal physical currency from the IRS, and redistribute that to the poor, while dodging the local district U.S. Marshal instead of the Sherriff of Nottingham? And would he be an expert rifle marksman instead of an archer?

Or would a Robin Hood in the modern world, plausibly be a hacker, who steals from tax dodging multinational corporations? He would supply the poor with charity donations through a Doctors Without Borders

He would walk into Walgreens with a big plastic bag, fill up on drugs, walk out and sell it on the street. He would be doing all this while rapping to JayZ.

I feel like there doesn't need to be a modern day Robin Hood. We got Link Cards poor people can use to get food that are provided through taxes. Though I admit I am ignorant on if modern day England has those.

Thanks for being the first to notice that if Robin Hood lived in modern times , he'd still be in Nottingham!
Yes , poor people in UK get gov handouts.
Enough $ to live on , and indeed some choose to do that rather than work, even though jumping through the hoops to falsely pretend you are looking for work constantly in order to receive these benefits is almost a full time job!
