It's also available in Australia where i bought my copy.

Almost 2 weeks but this time of year mail from overseas can take longer.

You can decode practically every DVD player for all regions. Just search Google like this: "<Your DVD Player make and model> Multi-region hack>"
Its just that simple!

EVEN IF YOU ARE ABLE TO CHANGE YOUR DVD PLAYER CODING, YOU STILL HAVE TO HAVE THE COMPATIBLE TV SET. THE AMERICAN TVs ARE NTSC FORMAT AND THE TVs USED IN REGION 2 COUNTRIES ARE PAL FORMAT. SO IF YOU ARE ABLE TO PLAY THE DVD AND YOUR TV FORMAT IS NTSC, YOU CAN ONLY HEAR THE MOVIE BUT THE PICTURE WILL NOT WORK.

I think that Brazil is the only country in which 'Psycho IV' was released in a single DVD edition, not being part of the 'Psycho Collection' box set, which was never released here. And I own a copy of it, just as it follows (link in Portuguese):

Hi Guys,

I happened to pass your conversation, here is the ultimate solution, buy the UK set, and you can decode/recode for region 1 playback using Nero 6 or 7.

I use it myself to convert films that are anamorphic in the UK but are fullscreen here in the states.

Add to that, the most DVD-Rom players, for PC's or laptop/notebooks aks you (prompts you) which Region Code (1, 2, 3) you would like to set your DVD player for. You can always RESET it later. The NTSC formatting of movies, or TV signals shouldn't be a problem with LCD (computer monitors) or HDTV/Plasma TV screens.

wal-mart has 2-4 in one case for 9 bucks in america, like this you dont have to worry about region codings.

Get the "Psycho" triple feature which contains numbers 2, 3, and 4. It's Region 1 and not that expensive.
