Did Allison Mack play the girl? The first victim, who seduced him?

No because Allison Mack would have been 8 years old when this film was released. Although the actress that does portray her has a similar look.

Looked like her YES.. but you have to remember Mack was PROBABLY only around 20 when Smallville STARTED.. and this was released a DECADE before that.. but yeah.. a very similar look..
