Do you think that Richie was provoked when he shot the woman in the car?

I mean they were stuck in traffic and she rudely asked them to move the car. Do you think that maybe he was provoked?

Yes, in certain districts I am sure he could argue that "she started it" as a mitigating factor and be let entirely off the hook.
