He also showed up for a few minutes in the timeless 1980s classic "Hardbodies," which for some inexplicable reason still doesn't appear on the AFI's "100 Greatest Films" list.

Hodder also appears in the classic martial arts film Best of the Best.

I found a copy (on VHS) of Hardbodies last summer and I don't recall any "Jason type" (Hodder) in the film, but if U could tell me what scene he's in, that would help! LOL -
it's a cheesy 80's film anyway, but I still like it!

Jeez, it's been a while, but if I remember right, there's a gang of comical bad dudes who show up on the beach a few times to attempt to menace our heroes and steal their wimmin. Hodder's one of the dudes; he just stands around and doesn't say anything.

Ah. I thought that was Kane. He did some stunts so it makes sense that he'd have a small role towards the end.

I just bought the Blu-Ray and saw Kane right away. What an ugly shirt.

I talked to Hodder and another stunt performer from one of Seagal's films and they both confirmed (though Hodder was much more cordial) that Seagal was a nightmare to work with on set. The other stuntman told me that Seagal would go around kicking the stuntmen in the crotch (seriously) to make sure that they were wearing a protector or some sort of dominance custom he picked up from his dojo-teaching days. Needless to say, not a single person I have talked to about Seagal who worked on any film with him had a single good thing to say about him. That said, I'm still a fan of his first 6-7 films just because he was a fun presence back then.
