Seagal is 6'4", Li is 5'6". Seagal would probably win in his prime because of the size difference, but today Li is in much better condition and would be able to pepper Seagal with punches and kicks until he gave in.

Do you think the Steven Seagal of the late 80s/early 90s who was in relatively good condition and could kick more than a foot off the ground would win? If so, you may be right. But if the Steven Seagal of today, who needs to engage in some serious diet and exercise, were to fight today's Jet Li, Seagal would get whipped badly.
