Why didn't Gino just arrest Richie?

I mean he had him. Richie has ran out of ammo, Gino could just handcuff him and take him in. Why did he fight with Richie instead of just arresting him?

He did say that the only way he would not kill Richie was if he turned himself in.

He didn't,so, he killed him

I'm sorry but if it was me, Id have killed him too.

He was a teeny man trying to be in with the mafia, thinking he could do what he liked when he liked.
I think Gino was to kind to him, he should have tortured the evil disgusting patheic *beep*

You are right about that. So it comes to my theory that Out For Revenge would have been a better title.

Keep in mind too that in "Above the Law" he promised to kill a guy in his own kitchen. He was unable to fulfill that promise, and now that he saw his chance, he wasn't about to let it go! :)
