I think if he was in the second one that would have ruined the point of this movie. And the second one actually.
shareI can see why you would say that, as Vada's problems ended once he died. Not to mention she was portrayed as Nick's girl in the sequal, so therefore it wouldn't make sense to have those two on the cover of the movie. It's still fun to think about though.

If he was in the sequel, he wouldve been a zombie. He probably wouldve eaten Vadas flesh. Thats what zombies do. then she wouldve became a zombie and ate the baby her dad and new mom had.
