Could this be the only good film Macauley Culkin ever did?

I think so. Home Alone may have been a box office hit but it's really 'dumb' comedy. He did a great job as Thomas J in this film.

I like both the " Home Alone " films and " The good son " , where he played a completely different role to what he usually plays !.

Check out Rocket Gibraltar (1988) with Burt Lancaster.

Of course My Girl was a amazing movie, but I really love the Home Alone movies too. I think they are good comedies with some serious elements (Te old man who everyone thinks is a psycho). Also, Richie Rich is ecent for a kids movie and as a child of the 90s I LOVE the Pagemaster. I like him in Uncle Buck, thoug he didn't really have a huge part. And as far as hid adult roles, I adore Saved!

Actually, I think the Three Stooges IS dumb, but it doesn't make it unenjoyable, and that's the whole point.

Meanwhile, I thought 'Saved' was a good film that Macauley Culkin did.

Home Alone 2 was dumb but I don't think the original was.

In terms of acting, I would say The Good Son was his best. I enjoy all of his movies, though.

I liked Home Alone.

I also enjoyed Saved, The Good Son and Party Monster.

Both Home Alone movies and The Good Son were really good. Seems like he wasn't in much else. Although probably a smaller role than My Girl, he was also in Uncle Buck. It's been a while since I've seen it but I think he was ok in that one.

He had a small but important role in Jacob's ladder. That was a good movie. He wasn't included in the credits though.

In my opinion, the only quality film he ever did was 'Saved!'.
