Motorcycle + horse scene

Hello,

Does anybody know what movie+scene is being spoofed when Charlie Sheen (Topper) is riding his motorcycle, notices Ramada on the horse and tries to mimic her moves with his bike?

I always thought that was from Top Gun, but after scanning multiple versions of the movie, I haven't seen that scene.

Any ideas?

It's from the movie "Cool As Ice" starring Vanilla Ice. He has a motorcycle and he sees a hot chick on a horse so he tries something fancy and the horse bucks her off.

Interesting. I never knew it was actually spoofing anything. I thought it was just silliness.
