Ah, stay away from the modern spoof movies. They're becoming the same thing over and over. I equate them to the soda you get at the movie theater, about 75% ice.
If you are looking for a great comedy that's not so much a spoof, but a laugh-a-minute then see FREAKED with Randy Quaid and Alex Winter. That will get you howling.
Of course, you can't go wrong with Mel Brooks (you're dead on with MacNicol in DRACULA. Off the charts in that one!).
You should also check out
MYSTERY SCIENCE THEATER 3000 (MST3K: THE MOVIE is a good start),
BRAIN CANDY (the Kids in the Hall movie),
