i love this movie

There are few out there, but this movie makes it onto my list of great movies (not amazing, but great) that I can watch again and again and again and it never gets old and I never get bored and sometimes it even gets better.

Two big factors for me would have to be great direction and good score, which this one has in spades. (or is it aces? I don't know how the phrase goes...)

I'm happy to see that I'm not the only one who loves this movie. Rip Torn was awsome and Albert Brooks makes me laugh my ass off in every movie he is in.

agreed. albert brooks can even make a sub-standard formulaic in-law movie worth seeing.
