Best Ending Ever (Spoiler Alert)
I saw this movie for the first time in probably 15 years and I enjoy it even more now. During the first 20 to 30 minutes or so it made me uncomfortable and was hard to watch. It made me think about my own fears/mistakes. I don't remember having this reaction the last time I saw it. I was tempted to turn it off. But as I kept watching I realized that this movie really has a nice underlying message. That its never too late to turn things around. I was also blown away by how deep and insightful it is in a way that I don't remember fifteen years ago. Like when Rip Torn Says something like "When you use more than 3% of your brain you don't want to be on Earth anymore." WOW, what a stunning line! It's full of things like that. They payoff at the end is so great, It made me cry. This is one of my all time favorite movies.
