Hi folks! (possible spoilers, jus POSSIBLE, chances are 0.5%!)

I havent seen this movie but I came across it because I was watching 'Sixteen Candles' by the same director.

Reading the plot line reminds me a lot of this book I read some ages back:
'Mister God, this is Anna' by Fynn.

Only, the book ends differently (since I havent seen the movie)
