How did a little girl like Curly Sue end up homeless?. Are her parents dead? or did she run away from foster home?.
shareI'm not sure, but as I understood it, Bill had a one night stand with Sue's mother, who died briefly after that. She was probably a single mother, because I don't remember anyone mentioning Sue's biological father. And since Bill' didn't want Sue to end up in a foster home, he took care of her himself.
