Billy fued with Bruno?

Somewhere I got the idea that Bruno Kirby didn't return for the sequel because of some fight with Billy Crystal. Does anyone know the truth about this?

There was a fued between them. At the time when the sequal was being made, kirby was qouted as saying "the timming is not right". Bruno Kirby was replaced by Mitch's half brother played by John Lovitz. My understanding is they never worked on another film together. I think Bruno was correct about the timming of the sequal. it bombed and we never saw a third film....

Does "grammar-nazi" need to be hyphenated? And shouldn't "Nazi" be capitalized?
