In the beginning of the movie when DoughBoy and the rest were younger, they ran into older set of kids who was Ferris and his crew. Questioning the fact they were “Cuzz'ing it”, but the time they were older, Ferris and his crew were Bloods. Just questioning the conflict with that, any thoughts?

Why do people think that the group who took (and returned) Ricky's football were Ferris and them?
There is NOTHING AT ALL in the movie to suggest that.
The fact that the group early in the movie were Crips (saying Cuz, wearing blue), and the fact that Ferris and his crew were Bloods, makes it even more obvious that they are entirely different people.
Lol do you really think those scumbag losers who took the football would've lived or stayed out of prison in those seven years that pass?
