Basically if I was walking down the street in that part of LA in that time, chances were someone would pull up to me and point a shotgun in my face.
And if I robbed someone, and I get jumped while trying to get away. No one would pay attention or watch, they just kept on walking.

Nobody would do that if you weren't involved or did not have something they wanted. They're trying to make money. They don't care about you unless you are a threat to their revenue stream. When was the last time you heard about someone wandering into the ghetto and being randomly shot? They don't want that kind of heat. Just don't be a witness to anything and stay out of their way....
