Total guilty pleasure movie for me, watch it at least a few times per year as well as New Jack City, Juice & Menace II Society. Love this era of movies. Was fun to see Ice Cube in his first role back in the day. The soundtrack really takes me back, makes me miss that late 80s early 90s rap & R&B. Great era for everything back then.
shareI just recently rewatched this movie. Last time I watched was when it was first released. It bothered me so much that I couldn't watch again until now. It's 2017 and it still effects me in the same way. I can't even imagine how someone could ever move beyond a tragedy like that. I know it was only a movie but it bothered me as if it really happened. I guess that's a testimony to their great acting skills. Kudos to all the actors in this film.
