Pre and Post Show Careers

The only thing more surprising than the lack of acting work most the actors on this show had after the show, was the amount they did have prior to it. With the exceptions of Patrick Duffy and the girl who played Al, none did much work as actors after the show. But they had some major credits before the show.

Frank of course was famous for Dallas.
Carol for Three's Company
JT was on a whole season of a show called The Charmings, and had a 3 year run on the soap opera Santa Barbara. And just prior to SBS, he played Hasselhoff's son on the first season of Baywatch.
Karen was the girl in My Two Dads, and 1 season of a show Going Places.
Mark had the movie Beethoven come out during the first season, and filmed the sequel during the show.
Cody was on the final two seasons of Dallas with Patrick Duffy.

Karen and Brenden had hardly any credits prior to the show, and not much after.
