Age where they can no longer understand baby talk?

How old do you think that the Angelica and Susie would get where they can no longer understand the baby talk? I would think it would be the age of 5. The reason is that ages 3 and 4 is closer to infancy than age 5 which is the beginning of being "School-age."

This is actually a very good question. I thought it would be closer to 6 (the same age Lipshitz quits advising about). There have been plenty of instances where kids slightly older than Angelica and Susie have understood the babies.

I was just going to ask, 'How comes Angelica can communicate with the babies?'. But I remember that Dr talking about the psychology of the feeble mind.

I agree about the transition to higher cognitive thinking. But I think Angelica is damaged and will always retain an ability to communicate with children.

Technically Angelica and Susie CAN understand baby talk considering they talk to them.

I'd assume maybe 5 ish
