In this universe when did the big kids stop understanding the babies?
And how do you think it went down when Angelica and Susie stopped understand the rugrats?

shareThey would probably age at the same rate to allow for them to always understand each other, but maybe an interesting concept would be to have a final episode in which Angelica sometime during the age of 4 (she turned 4 in the birthday episode) begins to not understand the babies and realizes they won't be able to communicate with each other again.
shareWell the age differences between them all is only 1-3 years apart. So maybe it never happens.
Even when Angelica turns 5, tommy is a 3 year old, and talking already. So it probably wouldn't make a difference.
What's crazy to me is how this all made sense to me when I was a child. Just like how people would ask about Family guy and wonder if people understood Brian and Stewie, years ago my parents and other people would ask me if the adults understood the babies and I'd have to explain it.
