shareNo i ship them too, alot of Rugrats fans do. It's a cute couple, both are complete opposites, yet they care about each other. Angelica just acts tsundere around him and picks on him the most, kind of like Helga from Hey Arnold (Which makes sense as Craig Bartlett assisted in Angelica's creation). According to Paul Germain on his behalf, it is canon.
