I just can't help but laugh because every time I look at the picture I just think, why would it be scary? Did he have a nightmare about the Quaker coming into his room and molesting him? Well I don't think a 2 year old would know what that means but he must have had a bad dream. But it's funny because the picture isn't scary at all. He also says something about the hat in one episode.

I almost forgot about that and laughed just now remembering. Little kids are scared of ridiculous things for the most harmless reasons. His smile is also kinda creepy and I'm twenty years old, not going to lie.

I always thought it was funny that in one episode Susie berates Angelica for telling Chuckle the guy on the oatmeal box moved in next door to him.
