Jonathan deserves a gold medal for dealing with Charlotte Pickles!!!

Anyone here besides me that strongly feel that Jonathan should get a real gold medal or 2 for putting up with Charlotte Pickles and ALL he has had to endure because of her!? Now that im older and see things i couldn't before growing up, I swear in EVERY single episode it was like she was on her phone putting him on blasts and chewing him out, mainly over work of course, but she also talked down to him as if it was his fault that things went wrong. What does anyone else think? Why the heck did Johnathan put up with it...besides being a pushover....I wonder what would have happened if he quit?

Well, later on, he tried to stand up to her when he was forced to babysit the kids. He went so far as to look for incriminating photos or video footage to try teaching his boss a lesson. What gets me know is why didn't Charlotte fire him on the spot? Instead, she respects him a little more for showing some initiative to try standing up to his boss, so much to imply a promotion for him.
