The adults are idiots

I understand that it's part of the plot that the babies only talk to each other when adults aren't around, but who leaves their 1-2 year olds outside unsupervised? Or in the care of a sleeping old man? It's like they just don't give a s****t what happens to their kids. Maybe they should have just made it so that the baby's talking just sounded like baby jibberish to the adults as an explanation. I mean there are a lot of parents who take their kids to the park, and end up socializing with other parents (or in this day and age..scrolling through their phone and pretty much ignoring their kid) but the kids are usually within their sight at least.

Great...someone else who doesn't get the concept of the series.

The babies ARE talking Jibberish as far as adults are aware. Anjelica and suzie are the only ones that can understand the babies and talk adults.

"The Rugrats movie" is the perfect example of how careless they were.
Stu and the grandpa let the babies play in the living room unattended with the front door opened.

Even if the grandpa did fall asleep that whole inncident could've been prevented if the wagon was in the box and sealed with tape.
Why would they expect the workers to do that for them?
