I don't understand why FOX hasn't released a HHead DVD considering the fact that they released Get A Life about a year ago.

Fox wasn't behind the Get A Life DVDs, Rhino was. I think after a certain amount of time old shows are up for sale or something, thus why Rhino can release Get a Life and MST3K on DVD without any relationship with Fox, Comedy Central, or Sci-Fi. Same with Freaks & Geeks and Undeclared, Shout Factory released those sets without help from NBC and Fox.

Herman's Head remains my favourite show of all time. Me and a good friend would quote it verbatim - and we still do. I would be first in line the morning it was released to buy the DVD!

On a side note... Scrubs reminds me of Herman's Head in that it also contains a cute, loveable but flawed and sort of whimpish main character who for some strange reason manages to get dates with models. I never understood it, but it did give me a little (false) hope.

awww, almost 3 years later, no HH dvds, and the link leads to nowhere... well, no petition at least...

1991? i was 7 years old when i watched this show... i swear, anytime i watched friends (with both carol and hank), or heard about lisa simpson/yeardley, or jason bernard (who could miss that chin... RIP) i'd think to my self, oh yeah, those folks from herman's head... lol

haha, had to do a 30-second-later edit... there was an episode when, i dunno, i guess it was some sort of meeting, like an AA group or something... anyhow, hank's character, jay, goes, 'hi, my name is...', the group leader interrupts him to say they don't use names, it's anonymous... so jay goes, 'oh, okay, i'll just use the first letter of my name... hi, my name is J"... omg, i'm giggling as i type... lol! what a memory to have...
