Favorite Episodes?

Wow, I think I pretty much agree with your ratings 100%. I was particularly disappointed with "America's Scariest Home Videos," because I was hoping for an all-out Eerie Halloween show.

It's hard picking a favorite, but The Lost Hour is definitely right up there. But for Highest Emotional Resonance, I'm going to have to disagree and go with "Heart on a Chain". I love the way it begins and ends in the cemetary. Plus, I have always been a sucker for "first love" stories. My only beef with it is in the very next episode ("Dead Letter," another favorite, I might add), Marshall's already over it and pining for another girl. The other funny thing about these two episodes is they both involve a romance cut short when the boy gets hit by an Eerie milk truck. What's up with those Eerie milk truck drivers??? Acting was definitely top notch in "Reality Takes a Holiday," an episode I'd never seen before the DVD release. And I'm sorry, but I've always had a soft spot for "America's Scariest Home Videos" simply because it *was* a Halloween episode, and I love Halloween. One category I didn't see listed here was "Eeriest" episode. I'd have to go with "Mr. Chaney" (another episode, by the way, that I never saw until the DVD release. I must have missed a lot of the last season!)

I'm so glad they came out with the DVD. I watched it when it was first on, and now I watch it with my kids. My daughter loves saying, "Thank you little paper boy."

I dont remember what it was called but it was the one where everything this girl drew became real. I thought it was really sad that she had such a hard life with her moronic brothers and dad when all she wanted was her mom.

Several other episodes kicked ass, and some were just decent, but that's the tops baby.

You know, I don't find this stuff amusing anymore...

My favorite episode was, I don't remember the name of it, but it was the one when Simon's little brother went inside the T.V. movie. That episode was hysterical.

I also like the one with the atm machine and Mr. Wilson.( I think that was his name). 99 bottles of beer on the wall...LoL!

I think the best episode is "The Losers" and the worst is "Just Say No Fun," followed by "Scariest Home Videos."

I think the Joe dante and Tim Hunter episodes are the strongest, plus "Reality Takes a Holdiay." "The Dead Letter" and "Heart on a Chain" are the most compelling emptionally. "The Lost Hour" is an interesting episode as well, but I think it's hurt by a cheesy '80s pop score and the fact that it's too similar to an episode of the new Twilight Zone, but the idea of people seeing through the face on the milk carton is really intriguing.

I lived in Indianapolis from 1976-2003, so the show was a bit resonant for me, especially since my family is all from New Jersey. I moved to NYC in 2003. A friend who lived in Bloomington until February 2005 before moving here told me that Indiana just passed Daylight Savings Time, but is still debating whether to be Eastern or Central. Indiana is always on Eastern Standard Time, but during Daylight Savings Time, it is equivalent to Central Daylight Time. Just hope our family and friends don't disappear when the legislation passes!

Foreverware I dont think I will ever forget that episode and its exactly the one I think of when thinking of this show! That show was great!

I cant remember what the title was but...it was where the missing people on the back of milk cartons were actually stuck in another dimension i think?
