Netflix Series 4 finale out of order??? SPOILER

I've been watching this series with my grandsons (10 and 13). We are watching season 4 and the episode with the ice age came on. When it ended I thought it felt like a finale, it had been many years since I'd seen the show. But there were half a dozen more episodes left to watch.

I came online and sure enough things seem out of order. What is going on? Why is it listed on IMDB and Netflix out of order?

Yeah that episode was supposed to be the finale. But the order on IMDB and Netflix is they order that they were aired on tv, not their production order. And for some reason it seems to have been a trend in the 90's for television networks air their shows out of order.

End of line

The problem was that it show was shown out of order and the last 7 episodes after the episode "Changing Nature", were previously unaired episodes of the show.

But the Ice Age episode is the final episode.

I ripped all the episodes off the DVD's and I have them on my hard drive, and I ensure the last episode is that one. I let my cousins watch the show on there with the ice age episode last.

I wish I'd known that before I watched that episode on Netflix, but then knowing that would have ruined the fun surprise I felt. I watched the show in its original run, but faded away in its later seasons so I never saw how it ended. That episode, like many others, was brilliant.

All four of the season's episode order differ between IMDB and Netflix. I haven't compared them, though to check if there are any omission on NETFLIX like with, say "Wings". Netflix is missing a number of "Wings" episodes.
