Mr. Richfield's assistant.

Anybody remember Arthur Rizzic (I hope I spelled that correctly) who appeared in the pilot?

That creature (whatever he was supposed to be) Earl met when he tried to live in the woods for a night.

Earl said to him "My dinner was supposed to be you-stew, but I'll settle for come as you are tartar."

Well Rizzic wanted to be eaten since his tree was destroyed (Earl pushed it over, obviously) & he had no family (whereabouts unknown).

Earl didn't eat Rizzic.

We later see Rizzic working at WeSaySo as Mr. Richfield's assistant in his trailer (Mr. Richfield saw Rizzic as perfect executive material because he had nowhere else to go & no family) when Earl went to inquire about the severance pay & both Rizzic & Mr. Richfield tell Earl to get back to work.

The point is that after the pilot, we never ever see Arthur Rizzic again.

Is it possible that Mr. Richfield ate him because he was either hungry or Rizzic disobeyed him?

According to the Muppet Wiki, they reused the puppet as different characters along the way but I suspect, since Brian Henson was the voice of Rizzic, he was too busy helping to run the entire Henson/Muppet world at the time to do another regular or recurring part.

Rizzic later appeared in "Nature Calls". I'm guessing Richfield tried to eat him, making him run off.
