Nuts to War

What are everybody's thoughts on this two-parter?

Best episode I've seen so far. Just dl the series the other day, because I only saw it as a kid and wondered if it was as awesome a show as I remembered (it still is).

This two-parter got the biggest laughs out of me and... Geez man... that ending.

Certain people could learn something for this, if they were open to the message.

I thought the best gag was revealing that 'War' was actually an anagram for 'We Are Right.' And I remember Earl trudging along with his protest sign that read, 'We Are Rong.'

"You may have come on no bicycle, but that does not say that you know everything."

Anyone know what movie they were "spoofing" with these 2 episodes? Figured they had to be copying something with the Earl "Pug" Sinclair and Robbie "The Rebel" Sinclair stuff.

The Winds of War (1983)

thus follows the exploits of Pug and his children...
They gave it the standard TV mini-series treatment and production values as well, iirc.

Eeek!!! I'm getting dressed.

Thank you. Can't say I've seen this, but I knew Dinosaurs was using something as a source.
